The products provided by xlx.gr can be returned to our company and you may ask for a replacement on account of the following cases:
1) The product is faulty.
2) You received differebt product than the one you ordered.
3) The size is not correct and you wish a replacement.
4) You wish to replace products that are not faulty but for personal reasons.

In the first two cases,Exelixis will be charged for the return fees.
In the third and forth cases, the customer will be charged with the fees. The new order should be of the same or of higher value.
All returns for orders can occur within 5 days since the day of delivery. For the return to take place, the product should be in its initial condition and package, it should not have been worn, used, altered or washed as well as the label and the barcode should not have been removed.
The returned products should be accompanied by the receipt which will be enclosed in the package.
