The purpose of the online shop Exelixis is to showcase and to sell its products.

The eshop Exelixis offers a wide range of products. The products are dispatched between 1 to 3 days after your order is placed. In  exceptional cases when the above time limits can't apply, the customer is informed in time for the potential delay and is given the chance to cancel or to alter the order. In case some products seem available in the website but are unavailable due to shortages or unavailability of the product in Greece of bad weather conditions or for any other reason the products can't be received, Exelixis is not liable. 

Xlx.gr makes every possible effort so as its services are within time limit. However is not liable in case the courier service the network service, the online payment services, the electricity services or the telephone services can't deliver. 

The online store of Exelixis is not responsible for any technical problems that may occur to users when they attempt to access the website and during their access and are related to the operation or compatibility of their own infrastructure with the use of the website. 11. Informative e-mails (newsletters)

1. Our e-shop will send you informative emails at regular time periods.
2. Our e-shop is not responsible if the newsletters are not delivered to their destination, although it makes every effort with ISP’s (Internet Service Providers) for delivery.
3. Newsletters can end up in the spam folder, so please check regularly that they are not sent there.
